Who qualifies?

Tenants renting a property for 12 months

All our Guarantees are for a 12 month contract we will consider shorter contracts on a case by case basis

Students from the UK and abroad

Students will need to provide proof of current study or acceptance of a place at university when making their application.

Anyone in employment

We accept full & part-time applicants once their take home pay is at least 1.5 times the monthly rent.

People with a poor credit history or CCJs

We don’t penalise people who have poor credit history or CCJs, your application will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Tenants on benefits

Applicants in receipt of any benefits or Universal Credit will need to provide support documentation. All applications will be assessed on an individual basis.
